Check out Patrick McHenry -- 10th District North Carolina

Notice something about all the posts? They're written from people not living in North Carolina. Or perhaps they're not living at all?

Could all this have been done by computer?

Dear Congressman! Is it true that the Moon is green cheese and you wear a dress?

HAL 2001 Space Odyssey

The most telling thing about all the "conservative" blogs

I see is that there are "0" comments

Have you called to support H. Res 333 Impeach Cheney Today?
call 202-224-3121 & ask for your Congress member by name

I looked a bunch of them up . . . but lost my post

It's all bullshit. 1000% fabrication.

They aren't real people and the posts are nothing but links. This is nothing but Patty's little friends playing sock puppetry to make it look like the blog is real.

Total crap.

Photobucket - Video and Image Hosting

Has anyone tried to post there?

Actually make a comment or two? Do they let real people do that?

May I suggest that we

hold our "fire" and wait to see if any real bodies actually join in the fray on Monday.

I'd really like to see a genuine Republican debate but I'm not holding my breath.

Have you called to support H. Res 333 Impeach Cheney Today?

But, A, is it that they don't exist as people

or that they are lending their names to this "computer" project.

I'm so busy right now with family and other things but it would be nice to have a question for him about this. I guess he wouldn't answer it, tho.

News of the 10th district: See Pat Go Bye Bye,

And I've never done a virtual town hall

but they get to pick which questions to answer, right? Do all the questions get posted. I would guess not.

News of the 10th district: See Pat Go Bye Bye,

Well, of course not

he does not represent NC, he represents right wing nuts.

DQ - That's not really McHenry's blog

I found one for Hayes a long time ago. Don't know who is doing it, but here is Flipper's. Same thing.

If you Google "Newsflupsie" you will see they do these for celebrities too. Their site is currently over its bandwidth, so I wasn't able to check them out to see exactly what it is.

Robin Hayes lied. Nobody died, but thousands of folks lost their jobs.

Good point, I should have been more clear

that it isn't official. And I knew it It makes sense that it was either done by some Republican software or by some company that stands to gain by some kind of advertising or siphoning off the traffic. I just wanted to know if it's some kind of operation he's affiliated with or like the celebrity things.

Perhaps BlueNC should back page this post and front page lcloud's voter fraud stuff on Boylan. That has been tied to McHenry via Dee Stewart and has far more substance.

News of the 10th district: See Pat Go Bye Bye,

I think its ad revenue

But I don't think it is necessarily a Republican group. There are Dems with these blogs, celebrities, cities, athletes, etc. It's an ad revenue scam.

Robin Hayes lied. Nobody died, but thousands of folks lost their jobs.

Done....and with that..

I'm going to go snooze before I have to get up and unpack boxes. Sweet dreams!

Should we warn them?

I was telling my hubby this morning about the newsflupsie thing

and he said: This guy is just like a little kid's version of congressman. A McCongressman. Then he got this look on his face.

Patrick McHenry. Give me McLiberty, or give me McDeath!

It's the latest happy meal at McCongress.

My husband is insane.

McAsshat 22% 690 votes
McHypocrite 17% 537 votes
McDickhead 18% 561 votes

WFC and I have gone with McLapDog, though I do like McAsshat. :)

Oh, my goodness.

I've tried to raise my level of discourse, but "McBarneyFrank'sBitch" is just the funniest thing I have ever read - EVER.

One of the pitfalls of childhood is that one doesn't have to understand something to feel it. - Carlos Ruiz Zafon

Jesus Swept ticked me off. Too short. I loved the characters and then POOF it was over.
-me

You could ask him about it at the virtual town hall

hello, Congressman, I'm Robert P from Morganton/Statesville/Shelby (choose one). Thank you for taking my question.

In my future emails to your office, would you prefer to be called McFrank's bitch, McBarney's bitch or McBarneyFrank's bitch?

Again, thanks for taking my question.

Robert McP.

News of the 10th district: See Pat Go Bye Bye,

It Can Only Go so High

we're talking about (-R)epublicans.

my vote: "McBarneyFrank'sBitch"

If I had to guess

I'd say that this entire newsflupsie/blamfluie thing is someone's "proof of concept" project. It's nothing but RSS-driven "splogging" with more Google Ads than actual content. It's probably nothing to be concerned about at all.

Always Looking for that $$ Sign

canny (-R)epublicans.

Can't even talk on the Internet w/o expecting to make money.

Give me a break.

Okay, but you just did a Pretty Pat post

there and I try to limit Scru Hoo intake of Pat stuff . . . it's so tedious ... here I can just post it on my diary for the record and it can be ignored or not. If I posted everything I've got on Pat at Scru Hoo, my god, we'd lose all our readers.

I'd far prefer that they do the internet thang on Monday. I'll post this over the weekend with a reminder.

Besides, Betsy told me there are a ton of sites like this .. . that it has nothing to do with Pat. I sure don't know . . . did anyone ever figure that out?
